Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Game Drop Rentals. Because our business operates on a rental basis for scheduled events, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional product purchases. Please read the following policy carefully.

Rental Bookings
All rentals are reserved for specific dates and time slots. Once a booking is confirmed, the selected games are held for your event and are not available for other customers during that time.

Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve your booking date. Deposits help secure your reservation and confirm availability.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund due to the reserved time slot.

Rescheduling
If you need to change your event date or time, we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Returns
All rented games must be returned or made available for pickup at the agreed time stated in the booking confirmation.

Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional charges, as the equipment may be scheduled for another customer.

Damaged or Lost Items
Customers are responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period. If items are returned damaged, lost, or missing, repair or replacement fees may apply.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used during booking.
